How to register a fully paid team: COED Flag Football Fields for co-ed flag football
|

|
1. Completely fill in all names, addresses, and phone
numbers of team members. All team prices: co-ed Flag Football $750.00
|
2. Each team can have any number of people on the team. There is no limit. |
|
3. Payment should be made via check. No team is fully confirmed without being fully paid. |
4. All checks will be cashed immediately for the full team fee. |
|
5. All rosters are considered final by the second week of the league. |
6. No refunds will be issued for requests made on or after the start date. |
|
7. Refunds requested 2 weeks prior to the league start date. |
